Robert P. Norcross, VP, Telecom, Media & Entertainment Practice, Capgemini.  Robert (Rob) Norcross is an experienced business planning and development executive with extensive expertise in cable television, telecommunications, mobile communications, and broadband Internet industries.  For over 20 years, Mr. Norcross has worked with leading companies worldwide to help them launch new technology-based businesses and respond to increased competition.  He has led diverse initiatives to develop integrated growth strategies, transformational marketing and sales programs, mergers and acquisitions valued at up to $50 billion, and over 30 new commercial ventures.  His knowledge of cable TV, telecom, and Internet industry trends has also yielded numerous presentations, published articles, and media quotes in more than twenty major publications.  Mr. Norcross was previously Vice President of New Product Development at Comcast Corporation and has also held positions at Mercer Management Consulting, Booz·Allen and Hamilton, and Mobil Oil Corporation.

Yukimasa Ito, President, Global Service Business Division, Global IP Network Group NTT Communications Corporation.  As a vice president of Global Services Business Division for NTT Communications (NTT Com), YUKIMASA ITO oversees the global Tier1 IP backbone; NTT Com Global IP Network. In this role, he directs NTT Com Global IP Network's efforts to expand its presence in Europe, focusing on the U.S. and Asia market and to launch new global services. Mr. Ito has worked for NTT Com and its subsidiaries since 1980. Mr. Ito served as vice president of service planning for NTT Worldwide Telecommunications from 1997 to 1999. Before that, he was vice president of service planning for NTT PC Communications Inc. from 1995 to 1997. Previously, Mr. Ito was director of corporate planning at NTT America Inc.

Ira Rubenstein, Senior Vice President, Sony Pictures Digital Sales & Marketing.  He is responsible for overseeing the division’s efforts to extend Sony Pictures properties into the digital marketplace through SonyPictures.com, mobile entertainment, personalization products, online and mobile games and innovative strategic partnerships. Under Rubenstein’s leadership, SonyPictures.com has generated online awareness for the studio’s film, television, and home entertainment properties by driving traffic with partnership marketing, media buys, community building, e-commerce, auctions, games and original content.  Rubenstein is also responsible for extending Sony Pictures properties into the burgeoning mobile marketplace.  Previously, Rubenstein directed Sony Pictures Integrated Network’s brand integration and sponsorship strategies and was also responsible for overseeing the production and creative direction for SonyPictures.com. 

Beginning in 2000, Rubenstein oversaw the establishment of Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment’s on-demand movie initiative to offer theatrically released motion pictures via digital delivery for broadband Internet users.   From concept to working technical trials, Rubenstein directed the project, which ultimately became Movielink, a groundbreaking partnership among five studios.  Prior to the establishment of Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment, Rubenstein was vice president, marketing, Columbia TriStar Interactive, charged with the strategic implementation of media planning, promotional and creative advertising campaigns for more than 100 film sites including Stuart Little, Men in Black, Air Force One, As Good As It Gets and The Mask of Zorro.  Recognition for his work includes honors such as Webby awards, a Gold Clio and The Hollywood Reporter Key Art award.  Before joining Columbia TriStar Interactive, Rubenstein served as manager of media research and interactive marketing for Twentieth Century Fox. 

David Britts, Partner, Comventures.  David has extensive experience advising, building and investing in leading communications and digital media technology companies, an increasing number of whom have significant operations and markets in China. A passion for emerging technologies and understanding of global market developments drive and inspire his investments. David focuses his investments on early-stage communications and digital media companies. He is currently on the boards of Celestial, Exavio, and Jaalaa.  David joined ComVentures from JPMorgan Partners, where he was a General Partner and the global head of the firm's communications, semiconductors and storage technology venture investment group. Previously, David was a member of the founding team of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Technology Group, which later became a part of Credit Suisse First Boston.

Martin Cullum, General Manager, Technology Development, Video Networks, Bell Canada.   The Video Network group is charged with the development of emerging technologies and applications in support of IPTV and Residential Gateways.  Key strategic technology and applications include High Definition, Video on Demand, Interactive TV, FTTN and FTTH architectures, VDSL2, and various home networking solutions.  Further, Martin also is responsible for the ongoing development of the Bell Canada contribution video collector network serving major Canadian TV Broadcasters and North American content producers.  Martin joined Bell Canada in 1979. During his career he has held numerous management positions in Network Provisioning, Corporate Engineering & Standards, Technology and Business Development.   Martin also serves as the Chair of the Continental Association Buildings Association (CABA) Board. CABA is a North American Association dedicated to providing information, education and networking opportunities related to home and building automation.

Owen Holmström, Business Development Director, Strategic Partnerships, Kreatel.  Owen Holmstrom, Master of Science, 16 years of international IT management experience, 6 years with Kreatel.  Owen is now focusing on establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Systems Integrators. Kreatel is the European market leader of IP STB solutions. Successfully deployed by DSL and fiber operators, the Kreatel system secures reliable operation by combining set-top box hardware with sophisticated software.

Steve McKay, CEO, Entone Technologies.  Steve worked with Entone’s founding members in launching the world’s first commercial deployment of Telco Video and video on demand (VOD) services at Hong Kong Telecom.  From that deployment, Entone was established to focus on the business case for Enhanced Television services such as VOD and Network Personal Video Recording (nPVR).  Today Entone has dozens of worldwide deployments, including the world’s largest deployment of IPTV services at PCCW.

Walter Deliph, Director of Programming & Marketing, Verizon

Christine Heckart, General Manager of Marketing, Microsoft TV Division, Microsoft Corporation.  Christine is responsible for worldwide marketing and partner business development activities for the Microsoft TV division. In her role, she manages the teams responsible for market and competitive research and analysis, strategic and business planning, product management and planning, marketing communications, and customer and partner co-marketing activities.  Heckart also significantly contribute to the overall vision, strategy and execution of the business, overseeing the success of Microsoft TV’s products with network operators, content owners, application developers, hardware manufacturers and other partners.  Prior to joining Microsoft, Heckart was VP of Marketing for Juniper Networks.  Prior to Juniper, Heckart served as president of the strategic consulting firm, TeleChoice, Inc.  Heckart is the author of “The Guide to Frame Relay Networking” and co-author of “ATM for Dummies.” An acknowledged industry thought leader, Heckart was named one of Network World’s “Top 10 Power Thinkers” and one of the “50 Most Powerful People in the Industry” by Network World.

Rob Hull, VP Business Development, Technology & Innovation Team, British Telecom Group CTO.  He heads up the Innovation Scouting function whose role is to identify, qualify, then introduce innovative technologies, propositions and business models into the BT Lines of Business.  The team reports back on US market trends and help manage BT's small venture capital activity.  He is the author of BT’s external venturing strategy and plays a major role in the evaluation of innovative technologies and propositions with a view to their strategic fit within BT.  He then leads the initial business development activity into BT.  Projects that Rob has been heavily involved with include BT’s wireline VoIP services for consumers and business, IPTV and fixed mobile convergence.  Rob worked in BT’s Group Strategy and Development Department for 15 months being heavily involved with BT’s strategy on Application Service Provision and API utilisation.   Immediately before this, he was Head of Marketing and Business Development for one of BT's major business sales units where he had had a number of sales and marketing roles over a period of 10 years.

Tom Daniels, Vice President & General Manager, IPTV Solutions, Eagle Broadband

Fabrice Beer-Gabel, Senior Director, Business Development, BigBand Networks

Matt James, Access Networks Division, Alcatel.  Matt is responsible for product marketing activities in North America for Alcatel’s access products, focusing on the FTTN and FTTU portfolio.  He has 8 years of marketing and sales experience in the telecommunications industry with Alcatel and DSC Communications, working in both the Japanese and US markets.  In his current role he is involved in the definition of marketing requirements for new products and is responsible for establishing the positioning and promotion strategies for Alcatel’s access products within North America.  In addition, Matt sits on the Texas Tech Industrial Advisory Board, where he is a past chairman. 

Craig Bender, Vice President, Marketing & Corporate Development, Tut Systems. Prior to that, Craig was with Integrated Network Corporation ("INC") where he served as Vice President of Marketing. He has also held executive management positions at AT&T responsible for Competitive Strategy and Long Range Technical Planning for new data and video services.

Bob Chism, CTO, Concurrent Computer Systems.   Bob has more than 25 years of diverse engineering, program management and marketing experience in computer and related industries with Lockheed, Rockwell International, General Electric, Harris Computer Systems Corporation and Concurrent organizations.  Previous engineering assignments include: design of ballistic missile systems for Lockheed Missiles and Space; software design of Communication and Tracking Subsystems on the shuttle for Rockwell International; system level design of image generators; and engineering management of multiple design groups for onboard computer systems for commercial and military satellites for General Electric.  Chism joined Harris Computer Systems Division as Director of the Simulation Business Area.  Promoted to VP of Technical and Production Operations of Harris Computer Systems Corporation.  Chism was elected to the position of VP of Development as a result of the acquisition of Harris Computer Systems Corporation. There he spearheaded the merging of technologies that led to the development and company focus on video-on-demand products. In 2002, he was promoted to CTO for video-on-demand. In this role, Chism was responsible for driving the future technology direction and system architecture evolution for Concurrent's industry-leading VOD and IP-based digital streaming technologies. In his expanded CTO role, he is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and introduction of new advanced applications and technologies for all product lines.

Scott Dougall, Director of Content Delivery Software, SkyStream Networks.   He is responsible for all of the design and development of SkyStream’s PUSH-based content-on-demand software.  Prior to joining SkyStream, Scott was the President and founder of Varuna Software, a Canadian based company that he founded to explore the future of broadcast.  This research resulted in the development of the Jetstream Data Broadcast System, a System for managing the aggregation and broadcast of computer based media. 

Ervin Leibovici, CEO, BitBand.  Ervin has spent the previous five years with SGI (Silicon Graphics) where his last position was Region Manager for EMEA, in charge of a significant part of SGI's business in Europe.  As part of this function Ervin was in charge of the SGI business in most of the European countries, involving the sales and support of hardware, software and solutions to the manufacturing, sciences, telco/media and defense markets. Prior to that Ervin held Managing Director positions for the Israeli subsidiaries of SGI and Cray Research, the Supercomputer company. 

Dan McCrary, Vice President, Marketing and Product Management, Path 1 Network Technologies, Inc.  McCrary is a veteran in the IP video sector with 15 years of experience in video networking, IP communications and digital media services.  He has held key management and executive positions in sales, marketing and business development with several public and private companies.  McCrary currently leads all marketing, product management and vertical market development programs at Path 1 – a video networking company serving the cable, telco, satellite and broadcasting markets. Previously McCrary served as the head of Sales and Business Development for Glowpoint, a publicly traded global provider of IP video communications services, where he was responsible for worldwide sales, business development, channel programs and strategic alliances. Before Glowpoint, McCrary served as Vice President of Marketing for Envivio, a leading provider of MPEG-4 solutions. Over his career, McCrary has also held executive and senior level positions at video networking companies including Cacheflow, I-Beam Broadcasting, Picturetel, and Sprint Communications.

David Price, Vice President, Business Development, Harmonic Inc.  David has over 19 years experience in the telecommunication industry during which he has successfully carried out executive management responsibilities in sales, engineering and operations and general management functions for satellite and terrestrial based communications technology providers. David has written many articles for trade publications and journals around the world and has also appeared on a number of business television and radio programs in the US, Europe and the Middle East. David has lectured at UCSD.  Originally an electronics engineer on the design team of the world’s first CAT scan system.

Ajay Luthra, Senior Director, Advanced Technology Group, Connected Home Solutions, Motorola Inc.  Ajay is involved in advanced development work in the areas of Digital Video Compression & Processing, Streaming Video, Interactive TV, Cable Head-End system design, Advanced Set Top Box architectures and IPTV.  He has been an active member of MPEG committee for more than twelve years where he has chaired several technical sub-groups and pioneered the MPEG-2 extensions for studio applications. He is currently an associate rapporteur/co-chair of Joint Video Team (JVT) consisting of ISO/MPEG and ITU-T/VCEG experts working on developing next generation of video coding standard known as MPEG-4 Part 10 AVC / H.264. He is also U.S.A. Head of Delegates (HoD) to MPEG. He was an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (2000-2002) and also a Guest Editor for its Special Issues on H.264/AVC Video Coding Standard, July 2003 and Streaming Video, March 2001.

David Pederson, VP, Corporate Marketing, Zoran Corporation. Prior to joining Zoran, David spent over 17 years at National Semiconductor in various engineering, strategic marketing and management positions including Director Set Top Box product line. Mr. Pederson has over 24 years experience in the semiconductor industry including more than six years at Teledyne.  As a recognized expert in his field, Mr. Pederson has been invited to deliver numerous talks on Digital Video, PVRs, Set top boxes, Digital Televisions, the Networked Entertainment Center and the Challenges to Creating a Connected Digital Home.

Matthew Goldman, VP of Technology, TANDBERG Television.  Mr. Goldman has been actively involved in the development of DTV systems since 1992. He was a prominent participant in the Moving Picture Experts Group where he helped create the MPEG-2 Systems standard. He served as project editor for the MPEG-2 DSM-CC standard.  Committed to improving the Advanced Television Systems Committee DTV standards, Mr. Goldman was a co-developer of the Program and System Information Protocol (PSIP) standard.  He also has been influential in other industry organizations including the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, and the Consumer Electronics Association.  Prior to joining TANDBERG Television Inc., he was a technology consultant specializing in DTV system solutions and expert witness research; one of his projects included the definition of the broadcasting industry’s first compressed-domain high definition program splicer.  He holds six patents related to digital video transport. He is a senior member of the IEEE and a member of the Academy of Digital Television Pioneers.

Michael Hawkey, VP of Marketing and Sales, Americas, ADB.  Michael brings more than 18 years experience in the manufacturing, design, engineering, sales and marketing of semiconductors, software and digital video products.  His experiences working for such industry leaders as ST Microelectronics, Western Digital, ASICS Designs, Inc. and McDonnell Douglas has given him a broad range of experiences that incorporates well with ADB’s objects and future.  Before joining ADB Hawkey was Managing Director Satellite Business Unit, Home Entertainment Group for ST Microelectronics. Previous to this assignment he was VP of Marketing & Applications Engineering, Consumer Business Unit for ST.  Prior to ST, Hawkey was with Western Digital where as Marketing Manger for Desktop Graphics and Multimedia Products he was responsible for defining WD’s next generation multimedia and MPEG products as well as developing the overall WD market position for new desktop graphics and motion video family. During his tenure he also developed and launched WD’s re-entrance into the desktop market with the highly acclaimed WD9710 64 Bit graphics and motion video accelerator.  Previous experiences for Hawkey include Director of Operations with ASIC Designs, Inc and various engineering positions with McDonnell Douglas Electronics Co (now Boeing).

Tom Rosenstein, Vice President of Business Development, SeaChange International, Inc. Tom has been involved in the video and high-technology industries for 20 years, spanning market development, sales and product engineering, including over 10 years of experience in video-on-demand.  Currently, he is responsible for SeaChange’s new business development activities, as well as initiating and managing worldwide partnerships, enabling television operators to deploy VOD and other digital services with the broadest array of technology choices available to the market.  Before joining SeaChange, he was director of business development for edit and effects powerhouse Avid Technology. Previously, as business development manager for Oracle Corp.’s interactive television division.  Early in his career, as an engineer with Digital Equipment Corp.’s, Rosenstein contributed to the early development of VOD and participated in the deployment of the early market efforts to bring VOD and commerce services to television homes.  Rosenstein is a member of the Society of Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).

David Alsobrook, Director of IPTV Products, Scientific-Atlanta.  David has responsibility for Scientific-Atlanta’s IP Video consumer premises equipment, including IP set-tops, multi-stream home gateways and home networking equipment.  These products support personal video via DVR, networked DVR and whole-home networked products. David has been with Scientific Atlanta for over 15 years, where he has held positions including Director of Subscriber Products for Europe, Marketing and Business Development Director for Digital Encoders and Satellite receivers, and Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development.   He has spoken at a number of industry conferences including IBC, NAB, and NCTA.  Prior to joining Scientific-Atlanta, David started his career with Ernst and Young

Jack Guedj, Executive Vice President & acting CEO, MAGNUM Semiconductor Inc.  Dr. Jack Guedj is responsible for the worldwide operations of Magnum Semiconductor, Inc., (Magnum), and brings over 20 years of semiconductor and systems expertise and leadership. Guedj successfully led the due diligence effort for Magnum's recent spin-off from Cirrus Logic.  He successfully established and staffed Magnum's operations, human resources, and finance departments.  Guedj joined Cirrus as its VP of Worldwide Marketing and Sales of Video Products. Guedj was instrumental in securing related design wins at LG, Samsung, Sony, Mustek and Grundig/Beko.  Prior to Cirrus, Guedj was President of Tvia, Inc.  Before joining Tvia, Guedj held the position of vice president of worldwide sales and marketing at Faroudja.  He also served as the director of the digital media/residential broadband strategic market segment at National Semiconductor, serving as the driving force into these strategic markets. He also led National's marketing and sales activities for the broadband set-top box, cable modem, home gateway and digital TV markets.

Joshua Danovitz, General Manager International, TiVo

Soong, CEO, Broadband Network Systems (BNS), a leading Asia-focused IPTV enabler providing service operators with technology integration, content aggregation and strategy consulting.  Mr Soong has over 20 years of experience in the fields of entertainment, technology, and international finance, and is a recognized expert on the subject of entertainment and technology convergence.  Prior to co-founding BNS, he was CEO of Vodexa Networks, a U.S. technology company with major Hollywood studio clients. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior management positions with SVP International, a TV program production and distribution company, and CSSV Media Ventures and World Entertainment Network.

Dave Whetstone, Chief Marketing Officer, MobiTV, the leading provider of live television on a cell phone.  In his twelve years in the cell phone industry, Dave has an extensive track record of developing innovative services and marketing strategies for wireless companies.  He was a co-founder and chief marketing officer of Virgin Mobile USA where pioneered the MVNO concept by pairing the Virgin Brand with Sprint’s network.  At Virgin, he created and marketed the company’s youth-oriented value proposition and developed key retail distribution partnerships.   Before Virgin, Dave held a variety of senior marketing positions over a seven year period at AirTouch Cellular (acquired by Vodafone in 1999, and now part of Verizon Wireless in the US).  Prior to AirTouch, Dave was a strategy consultant with Bain & Co. and Price Waterhouse. 

Jonathan Symonds, VP, Product and Distribution, GoldPocket Interactive.  Jonathan is responsible for creating distribution opportunities for next-generation delivery platforms such as IPTV and enhancing the Company’s core offering to its existing operator partners through applications and integrations.  He has over 7 years experience in the ITV industry, most recently as VP of Marketing and Business Development for ICTV.  Previously, he served in a variety of strategic planning and product development roles for On Command, a Liberty Media subsidiary focused on providing interactive television products to the hospitality industry.  Mr. Symonds has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Audit, Assurance and Business Advisory Services Group and served in the Department of State’s Office of Legislative Affairs during the administration of George H.W. Bush. 

Doug Sylvester, COO, TVN Entertainment.  Prior to joining TVN, Doug Sylvester was President, COO and a member of the Board of Directors of IFILM, an online media company. At IFILM he had full profit and loss responsibility for the company, managed its three business lines, and oversaw all administrative functions. Sylvester structured strategic relationships with Yahoo, Independent Film Channel (IFC), and Tivo.  Before IFILM, Sylvester was President of The Cottage Group, a private venture capital organization. He joined The Cottage Group after five years at E! Entertainment Television. Sylvester joined E! to create and manage the New Business Development and Corporate Planning departments. He was the co-founder of E! Online, the Internet business of E! Entertainment Television, and served as the company's senior executive. Sylvester's entertainment and media career began at New Line Cinema where he managed all west-coast business development activities. Prior to New Line Cinema, he worked at Bankers Trust Company in New York and Hayes Microcomputer Products in Atlanta

Bo Ferm, General Manager, the Americas, Irdeto Access, Inc.  Prior to Irdeto, Bo was with Philips Electronics for 25 years, most recently with Digital Networks for 8 years in various management positions for the MPEG-2 systems activity, set-top box group and content protection unit.  Prior to that he had several international postings with Philips: 6 years in Hong Kong as software manager for Asia Pacific, 3 years in Kuala Lumpur as senior consultant, 2 ½ years in Los Angeles as marketing director for the In-Flight Entertainment unit and 2 years in Mexico with Philips Data Systems.

Alain Nochimowski, Head of DRM Technical Group at Viaccess, a France Telecom Group subsidiary. Before joining Viaccess, Alain held several positions within France Telecom Group and Orange Group, both in Paris and New York. Alain Nochimowski graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris in 1999.

Glenn Morten, VP of Engineering and CTO, Widevine Technologies.  Glenn Morten brings to Widevine more than twenty years of experience in product development leadership roles. Prior to joining Widevine he was Vice President of Development for CyberSafe Corporation where he developed e-security technologies including Kerberos, public key cryptography, digital signatures, symmetric key cryptography, virtual private networks and intrusion detection. Previously, Morten was Director of Development at Spacelabs Medical specializing in wireless, internet and connectivity solutions for the healthcare industry. Morten also held various product strategy and development leadership roles for Abbott Laboratories and Texas Instruments and served as an officer in the US Army.

Rajan Samtani, Director of Sales & Marketing, ContentGuard.  Rajan is responsible for ContentGuard's PR and marketing communications efforts.  In addition, he leads ContentGuard's strategy, client engagements and patent licensing in the Media and Entertainment market.  Before ContentGuard, Rajan was CEO of TheDealerNetwork, Inc., a B-2-B exchange in the personal computer industry.  Prior to that he was VP of Sales & Marketing at REAL Software Systems, the leading application software vendor dealing with business rights and royalties in the entertainment, media, publishing and software markets.

Jude Umeh, Technical Architect, Telecom, Media & Entertainment Practice, Capgemini

Robin Wilson, VP of Business Development, Nagravision.  Robin has spent 20 years in operational, marketing and engineering roles in media and equipment companies based in Europe and the US including NBC, BBC, Grass Valley Group and at DiviCom where he managed the first 4 generations of highly successful compression solutions. Prior to joining Nagra fulltime, Robin confounded an advanced compression (H.264) start-up and consulted for PVR, security and VC organizations world-wide. 

Bill Correll, Director, Corporate Development, Broadband & Digital Media Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Inc.  Bill is responsible for strategic alliances, business development and investments across a range of substantive areas at Sun, including broadband and wireless entertainment services, and telecommunications infrastructure.  A fifteen year veteran of the industry, he has spearheaded Sun's market and product efforts in digital television, video over IP, online games and music, digital rights management, and content workflow.

Reed Majors, Director of IPTV Solutions, Amdocs.  Reed’s  role is to lead the definition of Amdocs current and next generation IPTV solutions.   He came from Minerva Networks were he spent 7 years focused on IPTV, first as Director of Video Networking products, and in 2001 became Vice President of Marketing and Business Development . He has over 14 years of experience in the fields of business development, product marketing, product management, technology licensing and international business.

Sanjay Castillino, Vice President, Industry Marketing, Motive

Kenneth Wright, Chief Technology Officer, C-COR.  He is responsible for directing C-COR's technology strategy, with a focus on customers' technology initiatives and the expanding arenas of transport and access networks, OSS/BSS solutions, and converged delivery of multiple services and content on demand.  Mr. Wright has more than 25 years leadership experience in implementing technology advances for both cable operators and broadband technology providers. Prior to joining C-COR, he was the Chief Technology Officer for 21e.net, where he was responsible for the development of a state-of-the-art broadband streaming media platform for broadcasting entertainment content over the Internet. He has also served as Chief Technical Officer for InterMedia Partners.  Other industry positions have included business development, engineering management and operations positions in four additional cable operator organizations, including Jones Intercable.  He has been a member of the National Cable Television Association (NCTA) Engineering Committee, the FCC Advisory Committee on Emergency Alerting, and the CableLabs Enhanced Services Deployment and Technical Advisory Committees. He was also the founding Chairman of SCTE's (Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers) EAS (Emergency Alerting System) Committee.

Bob Wilson Chairman and CEO, Modulus Video.  Bob previously served for seven years as a member of the executive committee at Pinnacle Systems. He served in various senior leadership roles including as president of the Broadcast Solutions Division. During that time Pinnacle grew revenues more than tenfold to over $350 million and increased total shareholder value by almost $600 million.  Before joining Pinnacle Systems, Wilson served as executive VP, COO, CFO and as a member of the board of Accom, Inc.  Prior to joining Accom, Wilson served as president and CEO of The Grass Valley Group.  While at GVG, then an independently operated subsidiary of Tektronix, Wilson lead a transformation of the organization, revitalized the product lines, entered important new markets and helped the organization transition to supplying complete high end digital video solutions.  Before leading GVG, Wilson served as VP of Merchant Banking Wasserstein Perella, an investment bank based in New York City. He was part of the leadership team responsible for investments in the bank’s $2 billion fund. He additionally held a variety of senior executive level positions in general management, finance, marketing, and sales for Ampex Corporation which was then a $700 million leader in the broadcast video marketplace.

Peter Percosan, Director Broadband Strategy, Texas Instruments.   Percosan has served as the director broadband strategy for Texas Instruments cable broadband communications group since the acquisition of Libit Signal Processing in 1999.  In this role he provides strategic direction that aligns Texas Instruments technology strengths with the needs of the Cable industry. He is also responsible for identifying market trends and providing the vision to the cable broadband group. Prior to this position, Percosan was the vice president of strategy and business development at Libit Signal Process. Percosan has also served as vice president of strategic marketing, at Lysis SA and vice president of Engineering at Ariel Corporation. Percosan has presented on the Cable Broadband topic at numerous technical seminars and holds several Motorola patents.

Keith Chappell, VP Global Communications Applications Practice, Lucent Worldwide Services.  Keith leads the Global Communications Applications Practice within LWS Professional Services.  He has been in that role since November 2004.  Prior to his current assignment, Keith was Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Lucent. In that capacity, Keith has worked with senior management to set the overall corporate strategic direction and coordinate that direction with the Business Units and functional groups.  He has led a variety of strategic initiatives for Lucent including portfolio restructurings, merger and acquisition investigations, partnership negotiations, country and regional strategies and technology strategies.  Prior to joining Lucent 7 years ago, Keith was a consultant with the Texas office of McKinsey & Company, serving clients in communications, computing and technologies industries.   Keith had previously worked within the Mission Operations Directorate at NASA as a Space Shuttle propulsion systems flight controller.

Albert Taddiken H. (Bud), COO, Microtune.  Albert led the development team that created Microtune's flagship product, the MicroTuner single-chip tuner.  Previously, he served in the Office of the President and as the Company's Chief Technical Officer, Vice President and General Manager of the Broadband Communications Business Unit, Vice President of IC Engineering and Director of IC Development.  Prior to joining Microtune, he was with Texas Instruments for more than twelve years in various technical and management positions, working on RF, analog, digital, power, and opto-electronic circuits based on silicon and compound semiconductor devices.  Mr. Taddiken holds 10 patents.

Broadcasting Services with 100% success rate, assisted SBC Communications in launching SBC Internet Services on-time and under budget, assisted SBC in the successful field trials and deployment of ADSL, and member of the 1st ever live video stream over ISDN in 1994 (demonstrated at Comdex).

Esteban Sardera, VP, IPTV Solutions, OpenTV.  Esteban is responsible for the marketing and development efforts for OpenTV's IP Television (IPTV) product line, and is a respected industry expert and frequent speaker on the topic.  Prior to joining OpenTV, Esteban held product marketing and product management positions at Microsoft working in the Microsoft TV division and software development positions focusing on push technology and wireless initiatives at PointCast and IBM's Lotus division.  Esteban is the author of several patents (pending) in the field of interactive television.

Stephen Reeder, Executive Director, Sales and Marketing, ANT Plc.Stephen leads ANT’s commercial strategy.  He has 18 years’ technical and commercial experience in the telecommunications and IT marketplace.   Previously, Stephen headed up new product development for Concert’s ASP hosting business, after joining from BT where he had held various commercial and technical roles in the Cable TV Services and Consumer Products Divisions.  Prior to joining ANT, Stephen was an account director at Lucent Technologies in the areas of optical transport and voice over IP products.
